We want you to glow with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all Freebird beauty products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 50% full to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  A prepaid shipping label will be generated automatically for you to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack With Care

  Secure your beauty products in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
